But i kept my cool and asked for Shannon your maintenance man (directly) to come out and this is the exact response I got We will priorize this with our other maintenance calls. Second, if you are going to be running this kind of business you are REQUIRED to maintain these homes.
TWO weeks later I get a call back from The Rude One asking what caused it to break my response was I dont know, it just happened the response was in a accusing sarcastic tone Well I dont understand how it would break like that.Ive walked that home before and the steps looked brand new Ok, first.these steps have NEVER looked brand new.they were always old and creeky. All we asked was for a front porch step to get fixed so my elderly mother would not fall and hurt herself.
The last individual I had contact with did us in (Malli, Allie, Sallie.idk) rude, cruel, and made us feel like we were just an inconvenience to her. We pay our bills and we stay respectful but we do not get the same courtesy. Other than that.I get treated poorly everytime I walk in that office or call. Professional, friendly, and was in and out and ACTUALLY fixed something and helped my mother hang some pictures and move a chair. Out of all the time there Ive had one good experience with your maintenance man Shannon. My mother and I have rented from you guys for 2 years and we are GETTING out. Pictures are just a little before and after of just one room I redid. I will see them in court one way or another. I also have recipes, and I have countless out standing members of the community that where in my home on countless occasions RNs, NP, police officers, business owners and more who are all willing to testify. Lucky for me I took all kinds of photos that are time stamp with dates the day I moved in as well as when I moved out.
When I put thousands of dollars into that home and it looked better when I left them it ever had before. And shockingly I got a letter from synergy at the same time with an itemized list of why I owed them, they are trying to charge me for junk that was there when I moved in, pests that were there when I moved in, I keep my house clean and got a cat for the mice and the cockroaches seemed to disappear, yet they wanna charge me for pest control and all kinds of other crazy stuff. I just received a letter from a collection company stating I owed synergy properties $2500.00. Due to covid and lack of work I couldn’t afford to purchase the home any longer so once my contract was over I moved out. I could have taken them to court right then and there but I didn’t, instead I paid $1200 to have the heater fixed, $732 to have the water lines fixed and put thousands of dollars into the home. I moved in and found the house had pests, the heating system didn’t work at all was missing tons of parts and multiple water pipes were broken not to mention next to the garage there were tons of junk that had previously been hidden by a worn down fence but when I called to have them fix the problems, she told me that was my problem because it was considered a rent to own. I had put down $1500 deposits, and 6 months of rent up front after being told that the house was in working order. Literally the worst place ever to rent from.
